About Me
I am a Board-Certified in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse
Specialist. My experience in psych/mental health has been extensive in various settings
including inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, neurology, and medical-surgical services. I am
skilled in assessment, psychotropic medication management, holistic care, and individualized
treatment planning. Psychotherapy skills are varied including Interpersonal, CognitiveBehavioral, Prolonged Grief, Behavioral Rehabilitative therapies, Motivational Interviewing
and Mindfulness. Additionally, experience in teaching, research, consultation, and
management brings skills in patient education, evidence-based interventions, and team
collaboration to my practice. Core to my approach is a trusting relationship. Aims are to work
together to meet your goals and to enhance wellness, strengths, supports and enjoyment.
