Elizabeth Burdzy, LMFT

Licensed in: Washington
I have always believed in the power of relationships—the ones we share with our families, our friends, our communities, and most importantly, ourselves. From an early age, I understood that connection is at the core of our well-being, and I became a therapist to help others recognize that they are never truly alone. Whether it’s navigating anxiety, depression, or any of the changes that come with transitions in life- I look forward to hearing people’s stories, understanding their histories, and witnessing the incredible transformations that unfold through therapy.

About Me
I earned my Master of Science in 2021 from Syracuse University and have since dedicated my career to supporting individuals facing complex mental health challenges. I specialize in working with psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-related disorders, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques. My approach is rooted in respect, collaboration, and empowerment, helping clients navigate their struggles with clarity and confidence. Therapy is a space for growth, and I strive to make it a place where clients feel seen, heard, and understood as they work toward meaningful change.
