Tuquester Carlisle, LPC

Licensed in: Alaska, Oregon
My desire to support and empower others led me to a career in mental health care. I believe we often hold the answers we need within ourselves, and my role as a clinician is to guide individuals toward achieving their ideal sense of well-being. It is an honor to be part of my clients’ journeys as they learn, grow, and adapt. The opportunity to witness their resilience and progress inspires me every day, and I strive to bring openness, curiosity, and compassion to every session.

About Me
I hold two Master’s degrees: an MS in Mental Health Counseling earned in 2015 and an MS in Human Services earned in 2021, both from Capella University. I specialize in using evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and Motivational Interviewing to tailor care to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can gain insights, develop new skills, and take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth.
