My passion for mental health comes from a deep desire to support individuals in their most vulnerable moments. Witnessing the transformative power of treatment—how it provides hope, insight, and relief—motivated me to dedicate my career to this field. Every day, I am inspired by the strength of my clients as they work toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
There is no greater privilege than walking alongside individuals on their journey to improved mental health and well-being. My commitment to this work is both professional and personal—shaped by my brother’s experience and the lasting impact it had on our family. I am continually inspired by the strength and resilience of those I serve.
With over a decade of experience as a California State University-San Bernadino faculty member, I specialize in the fundamentals of nursing, community health, and mental health in the Inland Empire.
Our stories often reveal what we value most, the challenges we face, and the fears we might have. I believe it is through sharing and listening to these stories that we connect with others and create an environment where trust, true connection, and thus healing, can flourish.
I am an empathetic, nonjudgmental listener. My aim is to create a nurturing environment that allows you to be heard so we can create a treatment plan. Supportive therapy and complementary alternative strategies will be used in conjunction with medication management to aid your recovery to a better you.
I offer a compassionate and supportive treatment approach. With a focus on medication management, my goal is to help you find relief and enhance your quality of life.

As a psychiatrist, I prioritize your personal goals and aim to foster a trusting relationship, ensuring comprehensive and supportive care. I graduated with an MD from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences in 2012. Born in India and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I combine my diverse cultural insights with a patient-centric approach to enhance your mental well-being and healing.
I value collaboration, compassion, and curiosity in my approach to patient care. I encourage my patients to approach themselves with curiosity and self-compassion as well. My philosophy is to not only provide symptomatic relief through medications, but to also assist patients in building a stronger sense of self agency and to live a more fulfilling life.
I value a patient centered thorough approach. I welcome the opportunity (if desired) to work with loved ones or family members as part of your treatment. I also value the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with outside providers. I also enjoy working with patients who are more interested in alternative and complementary approaches to treat their symptoms including use of nutritional supplements as well as psychotherapy.
