I became a mental health clinician because life can be hard, and it is important that people have a safe space to work through life's hardships. Counseling inspires me as no matter what life throws at you, there are people around to provide support. I intend to be a place that people can find support and have someone walk beside them as they tackle new and old hurts.
My therapeutic approach is not confined to a singular method; I adapt so I can meet the individual's specific needs and preferences, fostering a supportive environment for personal growth and healing.
In my practice, I offer a compassionate environment where clients can freely share their stories, embarking on a journey of growth and healing together.
Living with depression, anxiety, or the effects of trauma can make it difficult to feel like yourself. You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or unsure of where to begin. Whatever challenges you're facing, you don't have to navigate them alone. I believe therapy is a place to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward feeling more balanced and hopeful.
Exposure to generational trauma and the hope of breaking the cycle motivated my career choice in mental health. People oftentimes have limited control over what happens to them, but they have full control of how they respond. My goal is to empower individuals to respond in ways that reduce trauma, improve self-image, and allow them to be the best version of themselves.
When depression, anxiety, or trauma begins to shape how you think, feel, and move through your day, it can be difficult to find your way out of familiar patterns. You may feel weighed down, caught in cycles of worry, or find yourself reacting to situations in ways you wish you could change. Even when you understand that something is not working, knowing how to approach it differently can be challenging. Therapy can help you make sense of these experiences, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical ways to move forward.
Trauma, depression, or challenges between parents and children can affect how you feel at home, how you communicate, and how connected you feel to the people closest to you. You may feel stuck in the same conflicts, weighed down by difficult emotions, or unsure how to change patterns that have become frustrating or painful. These struggles can be especially hard when it feels like attempts to make things better are not working. Therapy can help you understand what is contributing to these patterns, strengthen the way you cope and communicate, and find a path toward healthier relationships and emotional well-being.
Feeling different from the people around you, struggling with anxiety, or carrying the weight of depression can make it harder to feel understood and comfortable being yourself. You may spend a lot of energy trying to meet expectations, manage difficult emotions, or make sense of the way you experience the world. Over time, that can leave you feeling drained or disconnected from what matters to you. Therapy can help you better understand yourself, work through patterns that are getting in your way, and find strategies that fit who you are and how you want to live.
Depression, anxiety, and trauma can affect the way you experience yourself and the world around you. You may feel caught in worry, disconnected from things that used to matter, or frustrated by thoughts and reactions that seem difficult to change. When these patterns continue, it can be hard to imagine feeling differently. Therapy can help you understand what may be contributing to these struggles, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and find practical ways to approach challenges with greater confidence.

You might find yourself caught in cycles of worry, feeling emotionally drained, or struggling to communicate in the ways you'd like. Wherever you are in your journey, I believe meaningful change is possible. Together, we'll build on your strengths, deepen your understanding of yourself, and work toward healthier relationships and greater emotional well-being.
I’m inspired by the opportunity to support clients in navigating necessary life changes to heal and grow into the best versions of themselves. My work is driven by a passion for adaptability in mental health care, and I’m dedicated to creating a space where clients feel empowered to take steps toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. Providing remote mental health services allows me to meet clients where they are and extend support to those who might otherwise face barriers to care.
Relationships can leave you feeling stuck, unseen, or unsure of yourself. You may be managing life on the outside while anxiety makes even small moments feel hard to move through, or OCD turns your own thoughts into something that feels exhausting and impossible to quiet. These patterns can make you question yourself and feel alone in what you’re carrying, but change is possible—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
