I specialize in guiding adolescents and adults through life's challenges. My evidence-based approach targets Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and other various stressors.
With a blend of empathy and curiosity, collaboratively we will unravel the complexities of each person’s inner world. Every individual has a unique narrative that deserves careful and curious attention.
You may be managing depression, anxiety, or ADHD while trying to keep up with responsibilities, relationships, and the expectations you place on yourself. Maybe your mind feels constantly busy, your motivation has changed, or you’re frustrated that what seems manageable for others can feel exhausting for you. These experiences can affect how you see yourself and make it difficult to know what kind of help will actually make a difference. I believe care begins with understanding the whole person, not just a diagnosis, and working together to find an approach that fits your experiences, circumstances, and goals.
You may be dealing with anxiety that makes it difficult to slow your thoughts, depression that leaves you feeling drained or disconnected, or the lasting effects of trauma that continue to influence your daily life. Even when you’re keeping up with responsibilities, you may feel overwhelmed inside or frustrated that you don’t feel like yourself. These experiences can affect your relationships, confidence, and sense of stability. I believe meaningful change can begin when you feel heard, better understand what you’re experiencing, and have a treatment plan that reflects your individual needs and goals.
You may be dealing with anxiety that keeps your mind constantly active, depression that makes everyday life feel heavier, or the effects of trauma that continue to surface even when you’re trying to move forward. Perhaps you’re keeping up with responsibilities on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. When these struggles begin affecting your relationships, work, or overall well-being, it can be difficult to know what will actually help. I believe meaningful progress begins with understanding what you’re experiencing and finding an approach to care that reflects your individual needs, concerns, and goals.
You or your child may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or more complex changes in thoughts and perceptions that can feel confusing, isolating, or difficult to manage. Maybe everyday responsibilities have become harder, emotions feel overwhelming, or you’re searching for answers after realizing that what you’re experiencing doesn’t fit neatly into someone else’s story. No two people experience mental health concerns in exactly the same way. I believe understanding your unique symptoms, circumstances, and needs is an important first step toward finding treatment that can bring greater stability and help you move forward.
Often, people seek out therapy in the hopes to decrease suffering and increase connection to who/what they care about. My life's work is to be skillful at supporting the people who consult me in achieving their unique version of these goals.
Growing up, I witnessed the importance of understanding and supporting loved ones through difficult times, which sparked my desire to help others navigate their struggles. What continues to inspire me in this profession is the ever-changing nature of the world. As society evolves, so do the mental health needs of individuals, offering me endless opportunities to learn, grow, and adapt my approach to better support those I work with.
Anxiety, depression, and PTSD can quietly shape how you see yourself and connect with others—leaving you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. As a first-generation Latina, I’ve long felt called to give back to my community and support meaningful healing. I earned my MSW from Cal State LA in 2018, and I’m continually inspired by the strength I witness as individuals navigate the complexity of mental health with courage and care. In our work together, we’ll focus on deepening self-understanding, strengthening relationships, and meeting challenges with greater clarity and compassion.
Depression, anxiety, or the effects of trauma can make it hard to feel like yourself, even when you are doing your best to keep up with everyday life. You may feel caught in worry, weighed down by difficult emotions, or notice that past experiences continue to shape how you respond in the present. When these patterns become familiar, it can be difficult to see how things could change. Therapy can help you better understand what you are experiencing, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical ways to cope and move forward.
I work with clients who are carrying a lot — whether you already have coping skills and resources, or are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or in crisis. Some are navigating ongoing stress, emotional pain, or life transitions; some are managing long-standing challenges or moments that feel especially heavy. I also work with clients who are ready to be challenged — on their thinking, behaviors, or perspectives — in a supportive and honest way that helps them grow and gain clarity. Therapy is a space where you can be seen as you are, without performing or explaining yourself. From that honesty, something new can begin. Together, we create space for understanding, healing, and growth, wherever you are on your journey.
