Driven by a profound respect for the resilience of the human spirit, I am dedicated to advancing mental health care. I utilize the most up-to-date and evidence-based therapies available, ensuring a collaborative and innovative treatment process. My goal is to empower each individual I work with to unlock their maximum potential, guided by the latest advancements in mental health practice.

About Me

I graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from UCLA in 2010. My initial role as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) profoundly shaped my approach to healthcare. Working closely with a psychiatrist, this experience not only highlighted the indispensable link between physical and mental health but also led me to specialize in treating Major Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder. I am committed to a holistic approach to treatment that encompasses medication management and overall well-being.
