Licensed in: Oregon
With 10 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I’ve provided therapy for individuals, groups, couples, and families.
About Me
The past 5 years of working in a rural primary care clinic have been challenging and deeply rewarding. My journey has taken me through various primary care settings, private practice, and agency work, offering me insight into the diverse experiences of clients from all walks of life. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Family Systems theory, often incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. I firmly believe that the foundation of successful therapy lies in the relationship I build with my clients—a relationship characterized by authenticity, collaboration, and unconditional positive regard. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore and address the issues that bring them to therapy, guiding them toward growth and healing.
