Shouldn’t life be about thriving, not just surviving? Many humans struggle with trauma, anxiety, lack of self-love, addiction, transitions, alternative lifestyles, and/or depression in their lives. I champion myself as a positive psychology- influenced therapist, I believe that self-worth is at the heart of your happiness. I follow Carl Roger’s notion of client centered therapy – the client is the author and the hero of their story. As a therapist, I work as a mindful collaborator in your self-actualization process. We will work together to find your mojo (your superhero cape, your awesome sauce). I share unique approaches to anxiety and trauma that may be the key to a new way of life for you, you beautiful human. My toolbox includes extensive experience and training for Autism Spectrum, trauma, positive psychology, ADHD, and anxiety. I enjoy working with individuals that are transitioning. I am open-minded and eager to learn about all types of lifestyles and cultures.
About Me
