I arrive to each session with authenticity and curiosity—psychological growth is a deep passion of mine that is integrated into all areas of my life. I integrate elements from various therapy frameworks, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. My work spans diverse communities, including the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities and individuals from various economic backgrounds.
About Me
I firmly believe that therapy combining self-awareness, emotional processing and skill development empowers individuals to lead more fulfilling lives. Therapy with me is often a collaborative process; I am present with you, am nonjudgmental, and communicate honestly. I see, hear, and value everyone I work with and am open to feedback. Tangible change is inevitable as self-awareness increases and willingness to interrupt old patterns is put into action. If you’re ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
