I strongly believe that psychotherapy can be profoundly beneficial for anyone seeking to improve their quality of life. It has been beneficial for me both as a clinician and as a client.
About Me
I have developed an eclectic approach to therapy and can help you manage symptoms and stressors by experimenting with a variety of techniques until we find the best fit for you. Some modalities I use include Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, “Parts” work, and various somatic exercises including polyvgal techniques. I am currently in the process of obtaining a certification in EMDR which can help reduce symptoms of PTSD and also be utilized for general emotion regulation. I can also help you develop practical skills for identifying, understanding, and regulating your emotions as well as finding effective ways to communicate your needs.
