I believe that therapy is an integral part of self-care that should be accessible to everyone. It’s about providing a safe and supportive space to share your unique journey. Together, we’ll delve into your past, empower your present, and foster hope for the future through insightful conversations and practical coping techniques.  I’ve been serving as an LPC in Idaho since 2014. My journey in counseling began with a master’s degree in counseling and human services from the University of Idaho, complemented by a bachelor’s in nutrition and dietetics from Northern Illinois University. In addition to my role as an LPC, I’m also a certified school psychologist in Idaho, bringing extensive experience from public and private school settings.
