Harley Quinzel (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
Focus Area: Clinical Social Work
Licensed in: California
Within my practice, my goal is to be a safe place for marginalized communities, uplifting and supporting them on their journey to living authentic, self-satisfied lives.
About Me
Having worked with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing personal stories of resilience and serving as a haven for others. My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining elements of psychodynamic therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, tailored to each client’s unique needs. Specializing in interpersonal relational issues, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and mild-moderate depression, I employ a strength-based, judgment-free perspective, drawing from various therapeutic modalities. As a Black therapist, I am deeply passionate about supporting the Black community and other marginalized individuals, providing unconditional positive regard and transparent, nonjudgmental support. Each session fosters a comfortable and safe atmosphere where clients feel free to be their most authentic selves. My journey to self-discovery and overcoming personal challenges inspired my path to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, driven by the belief in the importance and impact of this work.
