My goal is to facilitate individuals in their journey toward becoming the best versions of themselves by validating their experiences, ensuring they feel heard, and creating a safe space.
About Me
As a psychotherapist, I tailor my sessions to meet each patient’s unique needs, employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. My mission is to guide individuals in processing their past, connecting it to their present, and empowering them to make positive changes for their future selves. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and women’s issues, and I am certified to work with survivors of sexual assault. I foster a collaborative therapeutic environment, involving patients in treatment planning and goal-setting to create a positive and safe space. In addressing depression and anxiety, I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy, identifying root causes and providing coping skills, such as mindfulness and journaling, tailored to the patient’s needs. Empathy, care, and passion underscore my approach as I invest energy into each session, genuinely caring for those I assist. I provide comprehensive support, offering resources and ensuring a strong support system for my clients. My journey into psychotherapy stems from a lifelong passion for helping others, equipped with the necessary skills and empathy for this rewarding profession.
