About Me

Colleen Millen (pronouns she/her) is inspired by two careers – therapy and teaching yoga. In both, she organizes around values of consent, agency, inclusivity and accessibility. As a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of California (#109436), she leads mindfulness groups for teens and helps teens and adults around issues that relate to emotional regulation, anxiety, depression and developmental trauma. She is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T) instructor and certified Neuro-Affective Relation Model (NARM™) therapist.
