Colleen Millen, LMFT
Focus Area: Marriage And Family Therapist
Licensed in: California
My clients can count on me to partner with them to explore what they want and what might be getting in the way. Through this process, we will explore where their personal strengths and agency lie to create support for their intentions and hopes.
About Me
I’m passionate about merging the worlds of therapy, mindfulness and yoga, centering my practice around the values of consent, agency, inclusivity, and accessibility. As a licensed marriage and family therapist in California, I specialize in supporting individuals around their emotional regulation and assist those living with anxiety, depression, and developmental trauma. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T) instructor and a Neuro-Affective Relation Model (NARM) therapist and am currently working toward a certification in yoga therapy. In my practice, I prioritize partnering with my patients to explore their desires and obstacles while emphasizing their strengths and agency. Offering a trauma-informed and consent-based space, I attempt to provide support toward a journey of self-discovery and growth.
