I hold an MA in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology from Santa Clara University (2012). Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about finding you. If you’re feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, depression, or past trauma, you’re not alone-and you’re not broken. So many people carry invisible pain and pressure, trying to manage life’s demands while battling inner struggles no one else can see. My work centers around in helping clients break free from these cycles, heal past trauma and wounds, and develop more self-compassion, empowered ways of living. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, SFBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Care, MI, and Mindfulness practices, and with deep empathy and practical strategies. I’ll meet you where you are-whether you’re just starting therapy or coming back after a break-with warmth, honesty, and respect for your lived experience.
