About Me
I graduated from Capella University in 2017 with an MS Degree and have since dedicated my career to supporting individuals struggling with Adjustment Disorder, Anxiety, and Depression. Utilizing a variety of treatment modalities, including Attachment-Based, Experimental, Relational Therapy, and Problem-Focused approaches, I tailor each session to the specific needs of my clients. My practice is centered around creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to achieve their mental health goals.
