She completed her Masters in Social Work degree at University of Denver and has focused her career on work with adolescents and adults. Anna specializes in working with post-traumatic stress, mood instability, addiction, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions. Anna uses a holistic approach and enjoys drawing from mindfulness-based practices, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing. She has experience working with individuals, as well as in group therapy settings.
