A great place that lets clinicians make their own decisions

“I feel like I have the ability to punch above my weight on projects and am frequently given the opportunity to advance both my career and education in my role. My boss cares about my well-being and workload to ensure that I’m not burnt out but still holds me accountable for getting my work done. It feels like there is a genuine interest from Management to improve the company and my ideas/concerns don’t go unnoticed.”

Outstanding and evolving business model that puts clinicians first

“They are walking the walk here - executive leadership understands that good clinicians are valuable to the organization.
The billed hour requirement is below industry standard and I am paid well and offered the opportunity to see more clients and earn more money but that is NOT required. I am able to spend time with my family when needed - I am treated with care, compassion and respect.
I am thankful for this opportunity, for the excellent benefits, for the work/life balance, for the ability to expand my role and my duties and to be a part of something that is downright amazing.”

Frequently Asked Questions
How are the clinicians verified?
Clinicians go through a 3 step screening process. First their resume and licensure is reviewed by a Clinical Recruiter. After review clinicians will complete a 30-minute screening with a Clinical Recruiter. The Headlight clinician will then decide if we offer the role to the clinician.

Onboarding, enrollment, and credentialing can take up to 90 days.
How often do I get paid?
Clinicians get paid on the 15th and the last day of the month. If they qualify for a monthly bonus this will be paid on the 15th of the month.
