As an experienced licensed mental health therapist, I’ve had the privilege to work with many high-achieving and accomplished professionals to help them realize their goals to live a joyful and fulfilled life. I provide a safe therapeutic space for you to explore the issues you’re dealing with so you can gain insight and move toward a healthier and more happy life.
When you’re living with trauma, anxiety, or navigating a major life shift, it can feel like you’ve lost touch with yourself—your body, your clarity, your sense of direction. Maybe you’re exhausted but can’t sleep, disconnected from others, or stuck in cycles you can’t seem to break. These moments can be disorienting, isolating, and heavy. But healing doesn’t always start with fixing—it often begins with reconnecting: to your body, your values, your breath, and the parts of you that have been working so hard to survive.
With over 20 years of experience as a therapist, I will provide you with a non-judgmental, supportive space where you feel witnessed, heard and safe in sharing your unique story. Whether you are navigating life transitions, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression or struggles with motivation and self-esteem, I am here to walk alongside you. I am committed to helping you find healing, empowerment, growth and strength.
I became a mental health provider because I’ve seen firsthand how inadequate treatment can affect those struggling with mental health challenges. Witnessing this motivated me to pursue a career where I could ensure patients receive compassionate, effective care. My patients inspire me every day, and my goal is always to provide treatment that helps them feel happier and more in control of their lives.
In my practice, I utilize a strengths-based approach. I foster a therapeutic environment enriched with humor and empathy, nurturing trust and collaboration with my clients. I specialize in working within the whole human lifecycle, from age six to end of life. In working with individuals and families, we will focus on addressing the "stuck points" in your life that interfere with your connection with others; these can include big "T" and little "t" traumas, parenting, life adjustments, mood disorders, anxiety/panic, and relational stressors.
Depression can leave you feeling emotionally flat—like you’re moving through life on autopilot, disconnected from joy and unsure how to find your way back to yourself. Anxiety often walks hand in hand with it, keeping your nervous system on high alert, while past trauma quietly informs how safe you feel in your own body. These layers can be hard to untangle alone. What drew me to this work—and continues to inspire me—is the brain’s capacity to adapt and heal. Neuroplasticity reminds us that change isn’t just possible; it’s how we’re built.
Having witnessed the impact of mental health conditions within my own family, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals grappling with Anxiety and Depression.
I chose a career in mental health care because I have seen firsthand the profound impact that treatment can have—not just on individuals, but also on their families and communities. I am inspired by the opportunity to help clients overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and become the best version of themselves. My approach is holistic, incorporating both medication management and non-pharmacological strategies to provide comprehensive care tailored to each person’s unique needs.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can freely express yourself.
