A great place that lets clinicians make their own decisions

Headlight doesn’t interfere with the decisions made between me and my clients regarding their care. We can meet for 30 minutes and biweekly if that is what is needed. They do have certain expectations in regards to meeting contractual hours, but they are fair and reasonable. We are paid a salary, so of course they need us to do a certain amount of work to maintain the business and provide stability.

Outstanding and evolving business model that puts clinicians first

“They are walking the walk here - executive leadership understands that good clinicians are valuable to the organization.
The billed hour requirement is below industry standard and I am paid well and offered the opportunity to see more clients and earn more money but that is NOT required. I am able to spend time with my family when needed - I am treated with care, compassion and respect.
I am thankful for this opportunity, for the excellent benefits, for the work/life balance, for the ability to expand my role and my duties and to be a part of something that is downright amazing.”
