Heather Moore, LCSW
Licensed in: Oregon
I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people gain independence and take control of their lives. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges and move toward meaningful change. I approach therapy with warmth and collaboration, aiming to guide clients through difficult emotions and experiences.
About Me
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Colorado State University in 2013 and have since been dedicated to supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and substance dependency. I use evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. My practice focuses on fostering resilience and autonomy, creating a welcoming environment where clients can develop the tools they need for lasting growth.
