With over 25 years of experience as a mental health clinician, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to support individuals on their journey through life’s challenges. I believe that during times of change or uncertainty, having someone to provide guidance and understanding can make all the difference. My goal is to offer a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to heal and grow at their own pace.
About Me
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Walla Walla University in 2000. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in helping those navigating trauma, depression, and anxiety, and am dedicated to fostering resilience and inner strength in my clients. In my practice, I strive to create a warm and compassionate environment where individuals can explore their challenges and move forward with confidence.
