About Me

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have experience providing individual, family, child, and relational counseling. I utilize a person centered, collaborative, and supportive approach and have experience utilizing a variety of different treatment approaches. I have been trained in CBT, DBT, trauma based approaches, body based modalities, and more. It is critical for me that I tailor my approach to the unique goals of my clients. I work with individuals who are facing a variety of challenges in their lives ranging from trauma to stress management. My goal is to combine evidence based practices with your strengths and goals to be able to help you make the desired changes in your life.
