My therapeutic journey stemmed from feeling limited in my role as a case manager in the foster/adoptive field, driving me to acquire more tools to serve my community better. My passion lies in providing personalized care and ensuring clients feel heard, seen, and known throughout their therapeutic journey. I create a safe haven for healing, exploration, and growth, utilizing a trauma-informed approach and integrating modalities such as Person-Centered, Narrative, Somatic, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I empower clients to understand their nervous system and expand their resilience in facing life’s challenges. My experience extends to supporting individuals dealing with depression, complex trauma, anxiety, grief, and relationship conflict, among other issues. I aim to give clients the ability to live authentic, fulfilling lives by equipping them with the tools to navigate significant life changes and mental health challenges.
