I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Simmons University in 2019 and specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and burnout. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and Motivational Interviewing, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to empower clients with the tools and insights needed to foster resilience, regain balance, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
