I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health from the Hahn School of Nursing and Health Science at the University of San Diego in 2024, and my Master of Science in Nursing from the same institution in 2014. As a dual-certified provider, I take a holistic approach to medication management, working with adults 18+ navigating anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I believe mental health is just as essential as physical health for overall well-being. I see our work as a partnership—one where I listen closely, respect your experience, and support you in moving toward the version of yourself you want to become, with care that feels collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in understanding.
