I am deeply committed to guiding and supporting others toward their own healing, inspired by my own journey through trauma. Through learning about myself, I discovered the transformative power of therapy and the profound impact it can have on individuals. Witnessing the progress and insights my clients gain from session to session continues to motivate and inspire me every day.

About Me

I graduated from the University of San Francisco in 2015 with a Master’s in Counseling (MC). My approach is rooted in understanding and empathy, with a specialization in treating anxiety, PTSD, and stress, particularly in women. I employ various therapeutic modalities, including Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy, among others. My practice is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences and work towards lasting change
