It was this fascination and passion for destigmatizing mental health disorders that led Lindsay to her career. Through her own journey and education, Lindsay found that truly being heard by your mental health providers is immensely beneficial for progressing toward mental health and wellness. Lindsay is a big advocate of assisting clients in gaining a better understanding of their unique symptoms, and disorders to help them have more autonomy in their treatment process.
