Kiran Haynes, LMFT
Licensed in: California
Specializing in individuals aged 30 to 60, couples, and families, I focus on supporting those navigating grief and loss and who are impacted by chronic illness and neurodivergence.
About Me
I offer a safe and inclusive space, with a commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by families of military members and first responders. My therapeutic approach integrates relational, narrative, and experiential techniques alongside modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Utilizing treatment approaches such as art therapy, I aim to create a holistic experience and provide you with coping strategies. Together, we will embark on this journey to find healing and resilience. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
