I offer a safe and inclusive space, with a commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by families of military members and first responders. My therapeutic approach integrates relational, narrative, and experiential techniques alongside modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Utilizing treatment approaches such as art therapy, I aim to create a holistic experience and provide you with coping strategies.
