I became a mental health clinician because life can be hard, and it is important that people have a safe space to work through life’s hardships. Counseling inspires me as no matter what life throws at you, there are people around to provide support. I intend to be a place that people can find support and have someone walk beside them as they tackle new and old hurts.

About Me

I graduated from Tarleton State University in 2022 with an MS degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My specialties include Anxiety, Depression, and Life Transitions, and I incorporate aspects of Humanistic, Narrative, and Person-Centered modalities into my treatment plans. Additionally, I combine Narrative, Gestalt, and CBT techniques to meet my clients where they are and provide a warm and caring environment for them to be heard. My practice is dedicated to creating a supportive and compassionate space where clients can explore their challenges and work towards healing.
