About Me
Are you managing anxiety or grieving a loss? – Loss of a loved one, loss of joy, job, pet, lifestyle, ideals, or loss of hope? Are you managing overwhelming expectations for yourself or others or finding it difficult to communicate or set needed boundaries? As a licensed therapist with additional certifications in anxiety, communications, positive psychology and New Techniques of Grief Therapy coursework (Neimeyer) we will walk the path together to tap into your inherent strengths and past successes to tackle present challenges. We will seek to find balance with increased vibrancy in relationships and sense of connection while rediscovering your strengths and passion for life.
