Many were struggling to find resources that met their unique needs, which inspired me to shift my focus to mental health care. Today, seeing clients find balance and a sense of wholeness continues to inspire me and guide my approach to care.

About Me

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Cal State Long Beach School of Nursing in 2011, and completed my Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Worcester. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, maternal mental health, ADHD, and OCD. Using a holistic approach that combines medication management with mindfulness techniques, I aim to foster both balance and well-being in my clients. I strive to create a compassionate, supportive environment where individuals can explore their challenges and work toward healing with confidence.
