Fenela Pagud Pahed, LMFT

Licensed in: California
My interest in psychology began in school, where I became deeply curious about what drives human behavior and emotion. Over time, that curiosity evolved into a calling, as I realized how much I valued being a calm, patient, and supportive presence for others. What began as a natural ability to listen has grown into a meaningful career helping people explore what motivates them and move toward positive change.

About Me
I earned my Master’s degree from Pepperdine University in 2019 and have been dedicated to guiding individuals through life’s challenges ever since. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practices. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be a collaborative, nonjudgmental process where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to live more meaningful lives.
