I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from the Hahn School of Nursing and Health Science at the University of San Diego in 2025. I provide medication management with a holistic, personalized approach that considers your emotional and physical experience as a whole, not just a list of symptoms. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful care looks at the full picture, including the stressors, patterns, and life experiences shaping how you feel. Together, we can explore whether medication fits into your care in a way that feels thoughtful, intentional, and aligned with your needs, with the goal of helping you feel genuinely understood and supported every step of the way.
My Clients
When anxiety, depression, or trauma take hold, it can feel like your mind never fully settles. You may be getting through the day on the outside while inside everything feels heavy, tense, or overwhelming. Maybe you’ve been carrying sadness, fear, or painful memories for so long that survival mode has started to feel familiar. But feeling this way does not mean this is how life has to stay. Healing can begin with understanding what you’re carrying and finding an approach that helps you feel more steady, clear, and like yourself again.
