About Me
My journey began with a Master of Science in Multicultural Counseling from SDSU in 2013, where I honed my focus on serving people of color and non-dominant communities. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across various settings, including residential, intensive outpatient, community clinics, and university settings, gaining valuable experience with adolescents, emerging adults, and adults. My therapeutic approach blends humanistic principles with Gestalt therapy and evidence-based practices, ensuring my clients have a supportive and effective counseling experience. I am deeply committed to fostering personal agency and autonomy, employing strength-based and client-centered approaches to empower individuals on their journey toward healing and growth.
