With over fifteen years of mental healthcare experience in various roles including as a social worker and psychiatric nurse practitioner, I have served in psychiatric emergency services, inpatient care, and outpatient care across the West Coast. I specialize in addressing anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, stress management, and trauma utilizing medication management, cognitive-behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, and active listening.
