Familial and life experience, combined with my curiosity about human behavior, has fueled my passion for helping others. I am continually inspired by my clients’ resilience and the profound level of trust they place in me as we navigate their challenges, pain, and stories together.
About Me
I graduated from Rhode Island College with an MSW in 2015 and specialize in working with (but not limited to); ADHD, Depression, and Grief. Additionally, I have a passion for supporting first-generation American clients, understanding the unique challenges they face. My approach to therapy blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness modalities. I am committed to ongoing education, embracing the opportunity to learn and apply new therapeutic techniques to better support my clients. My practice is a compassionate and safe space where clients can explore their vulnerabilities and work towards healing and growth.
