Embracing change through psychotherapy, I offer a compassionate and supportive space for clients to embark on their journey toward recovery and understanding. I specialize in treating behavioral, alcohol, and substance addictions, helping individuals regain control and find balance in their lives.

About Me

After establishing myself as a successful Marketing Executive in Latin America and business owner, I transitioned into a fulfilling career as a Psychotherapist (LMFT). My journey led me to discover a profound purpose in treating and empowering individuals struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and relational challenges. Recently, I completed my certification from Stanford University School of Medicine in the psychology of addiction, further deepening my expertise. My career’s most cherished accomplishment is the development of an intensive holistic program for behavioral and alcohol/substance addiction, known as B.P.R.E. (Bio-Psycho-Relational-Existential). This program integrates biology, neuroscience, evidence-based psychological principles, assertive communication, empathic reflective listening skill-building, and the philosophy of IKIGAI (reason for being) to provide deep insights and lasting transformation. If you’re ready to take the first step towards a healthier life, reach out today, and let’s navigate this path together toward healing and growth.
