I hold an MSN from Walden University (2022) and provide psychiatric care for individuals ages 10 and up. My approach to medication management is holistic and collaborative: I take time to listen—without judgment and without rushing—so that together we can find what works for you. I see medication as just one piece of a larger picture that includes your emotional well-being, values, and day-to-day life. My role is to support you in making informed, grounded decisions that help you feel more in control and more like yourself.

When anxiety becomes constant, moods feel unpredictable, or focus feels just out of reach, daily life can become overwhelming in ways others might not see—but you feel deeply. These experiences can make it hard to function, let alone feel understood. My path into mental health care began with watching a loved one struggle in silence, unseen and unsupported due to stigma and lack of access. I became a psychiatric nurse practitioner to change that—to offer the kind of care that centers empathy, dignity, and real connection.
