I earned my MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Culver City in 2019, and I work with adults 18+ navigating LGBTQIA+ identity exploration, anxiety, depression, internalized shame, religious trauma, identity conflict, chronic self-criticism, and relationship challenges. As a gay man, I bring both clinical training and lived understanding to this work, and my approach is affirming, relational, and practical. I draw from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients better understand their patterns, respond to painful thoughts with more clarity, and build healthier boundaries and deeper self-trust. My hope is that our work together feels honest, collaborative, and deeply grounding—a place where you can feel more fully known and more connected to yourself.
My Clients
When you’ve spent years feeling unseen, second-guessing yourself, or carrying shame about who you are, it can leave you anxious, disconnected, and exhausted. You may look like you’re holding it together on the outside while inside you’re stuck in self-doubt, overthinking, or relationships that leave you feeling misunderstood. When identity pain, attachment wounds, or past invalidation have shaped how safe it feels to be fully known, it makes sense that depression, perfectionism, rumination, and relationship stress can take hold. Therapy can be a place to untangle those patterns, reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been hidden or judged, and move toward greater self-acceptance, steadier coping, and a more grounded sense of who you are.
