I am naturally a good listener and find it incredibly rewarding to help others navigate life’s challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, ensuring that clients feel heard and supported as they work toward meaningful change. About Me
I earned my Master of Social Work (LCSW) from the University of Cincinnati in 2014 and have been dedicated to supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, and life stresses ever since. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to provide a space where clients can gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical skills to navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence.
