About Me
I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from the University of La Verne in 2006 and have since dedicated my career to supporting individuals struggling with trauma, attachment issues, and anxiety. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness techniques, and IFS, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to help clients process their experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop the tools they need to move forward with confidence.
