I earned my MSN in Nursing and Psychiatry from Eastern Kentucky University in 2022, and I work with teens and adults (15+) who want care that respects both their mental and physical wellbeing. My approach to medication management is grounded in listening, collaboration, and a deep belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I focus on helping you understand what your mind and body are trying to tell you—and on finding strategies that support your growth without compromising your autonomy.
