Focus Area: Marriage And Family Therapist

Licensed in: California

I believe that therapy is most effective when clients are actively engaged in their own healing journey. My role is to offer guidance and create a nurturing space that fosters personal growth and self-discovery. I focus on empowering you to lead the way while providing the support you need. I have experience working with many populations, including homelessness, substance use, trauma, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and elderly adults

About Me

I graduated with a Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Northridge, in 2019. My approach is rooted in Family Systems Theory, where I emphasize the importance of understanding the influence of one’s background and external factors on their mental health. I particularly enjoy working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, guiding them in exploring how their culture has shaped their experiences. Finding the right therapist is fundamental to the healing process. If at any point you feel we are not a good fit or you want to move in another direction, I will be by your side helping you find another great fit. I look forward to working with you.
